Exceptional location, just a short stroll from Chinatown and North Beach, which are full of great dining options. The spacious room was quiet, facing the parking lot, allowing for city views without the noise of traffic. Unfortunately, the lift situation was frustrating, as only one was operational during my stay, making it inconvenient when moving between floors. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning during hot weather was uncomfortable, and having rooms on different floors was a hassle for our family.

Sound isolation is non-existent. noise from outside and neighboring rooms breaks through with every commotion. Shared balconies disrupt privacy, and having an upper floor option is limited. The rooms feel dated with minimal amenities like no safe, a lack of extra shelving for toiletries, and some odd choices like using blankets instead of more modern bed coverings.

We loved the free parking and the perfect spot near dining options. The view from our room was a good bonus!

This place was just a commendable fit for a short layover in San Francisco with good value for money. The location is great, right on the doorstep of Chinatown. Bring your own fridge if needed. there’s none in the rooms.
